Exposition bei komplexer PTBS

Das Informationsblatt gibt einen Überblick über therapeutische Strategien, die es ermöglichen, während der Exposition eine Balance zwischen der Aktivierung des Traumanetzwerks und der Aufrechterhaltung des Gegenwartsbezugs herzustellen. Diese Strategien stammen aus der Dialektisch-behavioralen Therapie (Bohus et al., 2013; Bohus et al., 2020; Steil et al., 2018), die speziell für Patientinnen mit komplexer PTBS entwickelt wurde. Sie eignen sich aber auch für andere Patientengruppen.
