Beschreibung
Mithilfe dieses Arbeitsblattes kann ein Notfallplan für eine suizidale Krise erstellt werden. Die Effektivität von Notfall- oder Sicherheitsplänen konnte in ersten Studien nachgewiesen werden (Bryan et al., 2017; Stanley et al., 2018), sodass die Erstellung solcher Pläne inzwischen als Standardintervention gilt. Warnzeichen einer suizidalen Krise und entsprechende Bewältigungsstrategien können mithilfe des Arbeitsblattes »Suizidalität: Notfallplan erstellen« identifiziert werden.
