Beschreibung
Die Übung trainiert mittels dreier Varianten (Freundlichkeitstag, Freundlichkeitswoche und Freundschaftswoche) die Charakterstärke Freundlichkeit und fördert damit die positiven Beziehungen (basierend auf Lyubomirsky et al., 2004; Otake et al, 2016; Peterson, 2006).
